My objective in the real estate world is to use the tools I have developed over the years, as a contractor, building inspector and zoning/planning official, to assist clients in carefully making the right decisions when it comes to dealing with their real estate needs.

With a stellar track record of strong business and technical qualifications, it is a pleasure to assist others concerning the sale of and or purchase of what will most likely be the single most expensive transaction they will be involved with in their life. 

In an era of land and building disputes it is important for clients to be able to trust that their real estate agent has the knowledge and expertise to guide them through the entire process of real estate transactions.  There is more to buying and selling real estate than signing a seller’s agreement or a purchase agreement.

My professional education consists of a B.A. in business administration and a B.S. in computer science, along with the required college accreditation to obtain my certified building officials license in Minnesota and with the International Code Council.  In addition to the above stated educational background, I have completed the required courses of instruction through the Kaplan Professional School of Real Estate to obtain my real estate license in Minnesota.

Having lived in many places in my 20 year career in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army, my wife Torey and I settled in Perham in 1992 where we raised our daughters.  Initially apprehensive about moving to a smaller community, we soon came to realize Perham has way more to offer than their population suggests.  I am confident my combination of drive and experience will provide you with an invaluable resource as demonstrated in my job performance: including my involvement with the Perham Planning Commission, Economic Development Authority, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, Park and Recreation Board, and numerous civic groups.
